Welcome to E Prime Pro. This website is operated by E Prime Pro, YOUR-LEGAL-BUSINESS-NAME ("E Prime Pro," "we," "us" or "our"), a company based in the United States. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us (together, the "Services").

By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our Services are intended for customers in the United States, and we ship only to addresses within the United States.

If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our products

We offer wooden decor, home decor, sculptures, vases and related items. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but small differences between what you see online and what you receive can occur.

Product images are for illustration. Items shown with props, plants or other accessories are sold only as described in the listing.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an email confirming that we received it, but that email is not our acceptance. A contract is formed only when we ship your order or send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including because of stock shortages, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local rules, and shipping charges are shown before you pay.
• Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• If a price or description is wrong, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue or cancel the order.
• Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

Shipping and delivery

We ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed, as carriers, weather, holidays and other factors outside our control can cause delays. For more detail, see our Shipping Policy.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Items that arrive damaged or defective, or that are not what you ordered, will be replaced or refunded, including original shipping costs.
• Items returned because of a change of mind may be subject to return shipping costs, as set out in the Refund Policy.
• Natural variation in wood, as described in Section 03, is not a defect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Care and safe use

Our products are decorative. To enjoy them for years, and to use them safely, please:

• Keep wooden items away from standing water, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight, and avoid sudden humidity changes that can cause wood to crack or warp.
• Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals unless the care instructions say otherwise.
• Handle sculptures, vases and other fragile or heavy items carefully, place them on stable, level surfaces and away from the edges of shelves or tables.
• Check whether a vase is watertight before filling it. Unless a listing says otherwise, vases are intended for dried or artificial stems, or for use with an inner liner.
• Keep small items away from young children and pets, and do not use decor for any purpose other than its intended display use.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, product designs, names, logos and layout, belongs to E Prime Pro or our licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape or sell any content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others
• Submit false information or place orders using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site or buy products in bulk
• Introduce viruses or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Reviews and submissions

If you post a review, photo, comment or other content on or to us, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it is truthful, lawful and not offensive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Our website may include links to third-party websites and services, such as shipping trackers or social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of YOUR-STATE and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in YOUR-COUNTY, YOUR-STATE, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under the laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms
